What is Steam Kettle Cooking?

It may look intimidating and complicated at first, but steam kettle cooking is simply a foolproof way to heat our food to perfection.

Steam is carried through pipes to jacketed steam kettles (think shiny, personal sized cauldrons) that heat the kettles to a perfect 250 degrees.

The base and additions are then thoroughly and evenly cooked straight in the kettle, never burning from excessive time or heat.

After six to eight minutes, the kettle tips down, and its contents pour out into a singular serving of comforting goodness. The process does not only guarantee even cooking, but it is energy efficient too!
